Enterprise Bank
Challenge
Enterprise Bank and Trust Company is a commercial bank headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts - fiscally strong in an era of mergers and disappearing neighborhood banks. To remain successful it needed to build greater brand equity and to broaden its appeal through a more prominent brand identity.
Solution
The bank deposited its trust in Green for guidance through this change. Green recommended shortening the name to "Enterprise Bank." Next we took a concept that the institution banked on - helping its customers become more successful - and made it the linchpin in a new campaign called "Create Success."
With a simpler, friendlier name and a strong and consistent theme, the bank could now create sustainable profit and appeal across all of its product lines - commercial, personal, non-profit, insurance and investment services. Today Enterprise Bank continues to grow and prosper despite the downturn in our country's banking industry.
