Fred C. Church is an old and trusted name in insurance covering much of the greater Lowell, Massachusetts area. To expand its appeal to a wider audience, the insurance agency realized the need to upgrade its perception from a "retail" agency focused most on consumers, to a "big" yet independent provider of commercial and personal lines.

Solution

Green confirmed through its own research, a growing tendency to use the Internet among businesses and individuals seeking to buy insurance. Buyers are going directly to agency websites and taking long, hard looks at what each has to offer. We ascertained that Fred C. Church should protect and rejuvenate its look and feel, starting with building on its existing website.

We created a design that would make the agency look big and professional - not small and retail, while still conveying an image of quality personal service. This look contributed to the successful selling of all Fred C. Church's insurance products and services and in the conversion of many new and existing customers.
